OFFERING RECRUITMENT SERVICES TO COMPANIES ACROSS AMERICA
By Executive Trackers, LLC
At Executive Trackers, we strongly believe that employees are the strongest part of any organization. Therefore, we are turning the tables on the traditional contingency recruitment process that has deemed contingency recruiters 'headhunters' in an effort to create a better system that focuses on how to benefit both parties.
Coupling Old School Ideologies with New School Methodologies
In a world that has become increasingly automated, the recruitment process sometimes involves overlooking the perfect candidate for the company, as well as the perfect job for the person. While we do accept applications and use technology to acquire results, we focus on the human element and specialize in managing the process in a way that takes the headache out for everyone. We still believe in the 'human aspect', but do not discourage technological innovations that allow us to better target everyone. We are not afraid of emerging technologies, but rather see them as an inspiring route for innovation when coupled correctly.
The Types of Candidates We Specialize in
While we work with multiple candidates and companies not confined to these categories, there are some situations where a third party recruiter is able to provide more value added than others.
Candidates that don't normally apply or have time to fill out an application
Unemployed and/or in demand individuals interviewing with multiple companies
Sales, Marketing and Leadership roles
Candidates tentatively looking to consider their options in an effort to benefit their quality of life, but would like to remain confidential
Targeted and industry specific
'Blank slate' candidates, when a company is looking for a certain personality to fit in with their corporate culture and train to their methodologies
The Types of Companies We Work With
Start Ups without an internal recruitment department
Hard to fill opportunities
Companies that would like to broaden their coverage
Organizations that are seeking someone from outside the industry and willing to train
