CURRENT PROMOTIONS

Promotional Pricing Structure
Specific direct client contracts only, exclusions apply


The contingency fee agreement has not changed and is due if and when the candidate is hired and based on a percentage. However, in an effort to create a better climate across all parties we are currently offering a promotion while restructuring the way that we operate. Please note this fee is only valid for clients with a specified contract for this discount.

For the first candidate hired by the client, the typical standard fee agreement will remain (in addition to, and not removed from the candidate’s salary) at twenty-five percent.

For companies that are willing to work exclusively with Executive Trackers, this is reduced to the twenty percent mark, and the eighteen percent mark for exclusivity without internal efforts on the client’s part.

Changes to the Guarantee
The Reason: In sales opportunities the ‘ramp up’ or training and introductory period can fluctuate, especially in times of industry changes. Sales professionals do not ever want to be treated as disposable for a direct hire position, and it is in the employer’s best interest to want to retain their new hires and create an environment that allows them to do so through growth. However, we still understand that we need to protect our client’s in order to properly provide value added.

As we cannot control our client’s decisions after the hire is made, we have instead created a system that allows the fee to be dispersed into six separate sums and over the course of a six month period. If the candidate leaves or is terminated, or the company makes changes payment simply stops to reduce risk in times of unanticipated circumstances instead. The replacement guarantee is removed in an effort to encourage retention and create a more principled approach. 

Lower Risk than BPO
Executive Trackers is not a subscription based business process outsourcing firm, but is able to operate almost like one on a contingency model. Strategically forming relationships with a strong focus on retention and growth of the employer organization allows our client’s to work with us at rates much lower than what would take place for individual hires. While the traditional pricing structure is still in place, we now offer massive discounts for multiple hires that are on-boarded within a thirty day period of each other in an effort to reduce costs for our client’s and create growth for the economy.

In addition to this, processes are either handled or managed in a consultancy sort of manner with a direct focus on the company, selling what causes them to stand out amongst their competitors. However, for companies hiring for multiple opportunities we have determined a way to reduce fees to a similar rate with a more interactive process.


More Control than Retained
Offering our client to have more control through a managed process allows them to focus on their specialty while partnering in an interactive approach to discover how to contribute to the hiring of the best person- for that company and role, at that specific time. Offering payroll solutions through a partner at an additional cost if needed, and background and reference checks at no additional cost if requested, we are able to provide most of the same circumstances with more control on the employer’s end.

Less Transactional than Contingency
While contingency has a reputation for a transactional structure that sometimes receives a negative reputation, Executive Trackers focuses on a process that creates the best environment for the long term objective, corporate culture dynamic, and quality of life for all parties. With a desire to partner with companies in a manner that creates the same degree of ethical circumstance important for the entire economical ecosystem, we assess our candidates based on this as opposed to quickly getting the position closed.

Different from AI Recruitment (but sometimes working with clients in the space)
One of the aspects that stands out with Executive Trackers amongst many competitors is that we don’t just accept applications. We reach out to our internal network and other networks to proactive sell the position, while focusing on bringing forth the best individual from a long term perspective. While artificial intelligence has an important factor in aiding the process, it does not replace it if a company wants maximum coverage as well as a more amicable experience for the candidate.

Working for Companies Across the Globe
Minimizing costs by working remotely, including what is spent on office space or other expenses not only allows Executive Trackers to reduce costs for their clients and provide incentives to encourage a better quality of life for our candidates, but it avoids detractions a staffing firm interviewing people on site could provide from the true corporate culture of a company.

Cost of the systems, advertisements and databases used to track down the candidates desired as well as an internal talent acquisition agent and the success, liability risks: Varies depending on coverage and experience of the recruiter 

Total cost savings of hiring five individuals at the $100k rate for their base salary through Executive Trackers at this promotion: $46,000

Total Cost if no individual is hired for any position placed through Executive Trackers: $0
