Incentihire LLC is establishing a formal referral program in an effort to reward those who take the time to refer candidates who are placed through Incentihire, LLC.
Why: At Incentihire, we work frequently with individuals who we proactively contact for job opportunities that we are working on. Many of these individuals are talented and successful people who sometimes are not interested based on their objectives or current circumstances, but still have a strong business acumen and take the time to refer someone who they feel would be perfect for the opportunity.
The objective of the ideology of Incentihire is to build an incentive driven ecosystem where everyone thrives without a loss of productivity, in an effort to create an optimized, rewarded and cost effective recruitment process...with additional discounts offered to employers who provide more for their employees...including a 401k program, multiple hires, uncapped commissions and other rewards.
The idea of encouraging an objective driven economy as opposed to subjective allows for an ethical focus on retention and the benefit of the quality of life for the employee and growth for the employer, with an encouragement on the same degree of integrity that allows for a career driven professional to view growth as a piece of a greater whole, regardless of their position within the company.
We feel this degree of kindness involved in taking one's time should be rewarded, and are enacting a referral program to ensure that those who we contact for a specified opportunity that refers someone to us who is hired through our efforts should be rewarded.
The referred employee must be sent forward by an individual approached for that specific position with the contact information. This program is not an effort to encourage proactive recruitment efforts for position referrals, as we compensate recruitment partners at a different rate. Terms and Conditions:
This individual that is referred when you are contacted about an opportunity must be hired and last through the guarantee period, if there is one, to protect employment as retention is our focus for direct hire opportunities.
The referral fee of $250 will be paid upon receipt of payment from the company, with the referral being subject to the specified job, and the time frame it is open for (which is usually between one and three months depending on the opportunity.)
